Feral Food Store: crispy Cauliflower balls

Fancied something tasty to keep us going until dinner and when we stumbled across Feral Food Store's truck in Trinity kitchen. Vegan junk food that looks as incredible as it tastes!

We ordered the Korean crispy cauliflower balls with ponzu sauce, coriander and chilli. We loved it! The balls were crispy, and the cauliflower inside was hot and al dente. The sauce was salty, sticky and slightly spicy making for an ideal dip between bites.

The crispy coating was thin enough to allow you to taste the cauliflower inside, but thick enough to keep its crunch and still absorb some of that delicious sauce.

The fresh corriander and chilli finished the dish off perfectly.

We can't wait to go back to Feral Food Kitchen's truck again soon and try more of their incredible vegan fast food treats.
