Crafthouse is a modern British restaurant serving seasonal Yorkshire produce. The restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a choice of menus that include afternoon tea and a tasting menu with 5-7 courses. Crafthouse also offer a range of delicious deserts. We particularly love the fact that Crafthouse is situated on the third floor (accessible via a Charlie in the Chocolate factory style glass lift) which means that whichever menu you choose, it can be enjoyed with views over Leeds.
We have been to Crafthouse a number of times, usually for special occasions, and have always enjoyed the food. The service is also top notch, with friendly, knowledgeable waiting staff.
On our most recent visit to Crafthouse we tried out a few of their desserts. Shown below is their Cappuccino and Valrhona chocolate delice. We weren't really sure what to expect when we ordered it, but we were pleasantly surprised.
The dessert was composed of a cappuccino flavored cake exterior with a luxurious mousse like middle, and a soft meringue topping. The gold leaf decoration made the desert that bit more special. Simply delicious!
